People like you are foolish. I played the demo last night and I can tell you the differences in framerate and screentearing is very noticeable to me. And this is one of the more close multiplatform games. Many multiplats have even more noticeable differences.

Obviously you do not get nearly the same experience from a short comic as you do from playing a lengthy RPG. Not even close.

Ok, but when you have 95% of developers seeming to have some degree of trouble with the PS3 and only a couple of developers really getting great results from it at what point do you stop blaming the developers and start realizing that some of the problems might originate with the hardware itself?
I'll find out if you are lying pretty soon. I am only a few minutes away from having it downloaded on my ps3. I've played the crap out of the 360 game so I will know pretty quickly how the PS3 version stacks up to it.

Some of you don't seem to understand the fundamental concept behind free markets. Free being the key word. You are free to buy what you want. Nobody is holding a gun to your head. The only reason any of these companies is even here is because we CHOOSE to buy their products.
All I know is that this game is very impressive graphically and pretty much wipes the floor with any console exclusive. Now let's just hope it is good. That trailer made it look promising though.

I agree, there is no reason to necessarily listen to this review more than any other review. I think if you are interested in possibly getting the game it would be a good idead to try to read a few different reviews, both positive and negative, to help you read between the lines and figure out if it is a game that you might enjoy.
If sales are low then brag about metacritic scores. If metacritic scores aren't high enough brag about sales. PS3 fanboys are only against sales numbers when they don't favor the PS3. It's obvious they love touting them when they do favor the PS3.

Um... because Microsoft has crap for developers. Who is going to push the 360 really? Lionhead? Rare? Get real! None of Microsoft's first party developers are known for really pushing graphical boundaries.
Epic is not first party and they are using middle wear for the Gears series. Personally, though, Gears 3 looks as good as any PS3 exclusive out there.
